I think it is safe to say that we are all connected. We are all some version of self. We often refer to this concept as “self-aware”, but I think the proper term should be “self-aware”.
I’m sure many of you reading this are aware of your own self. You’ve probably seen the self-awareness effects of your own behavior. The best examples are the people you see at the gym. They have an internal feedback loop and a physical feedback loop where they feel like they’re doing their best because they know their body is doing what they know it should. But they don’t realize that they are doing what they know they should be doing.
It’s not that we want to be totally self-aware, but we want to be aware that we are self-aware. The irony is that self-awareness is not self-assessment. Instead it is the awareness of our own self-awareness. If we are aware that we are self-aware, then we’re not aware of anything else.
I think there is actually a lot to be said about Self Awareness, but I don’t think we should be too worried about it. Instead, I think we should be happy that we are aware of ourselves, and that we are aware of our actions. This means that we should enjoy the little moments, where we are aware of how our body is moving, how it is responding, and that it is doing its best.
Self Awareness can be described as being aware of your own thoughts and actions.
I am not a big fan of Self Awareness. It is a nice thing to have, but I think we need to focus more on doing our best at all times. Self awareness is often the opposite: “I am not good at the math games, so I need to work on my math games and my math games need to be more fun.
So if we want to be self-aware we need to do our best. We need to do what is necessary. We need to move the body and do what we have to do to be aware of our body moving. We need to do all that we can to be aware of our body.
I have seen self awareness get a bad rap because it is seen as “difficult”. However, I think that is not quite accurate. Self awareness is easy. It can be done in a matter of seconds. You don’t even have to think about it. You just need to be aware of what’s going on inside your body. So what if you have to make a decision every few seconds to adjust your breathing? I think this is self awareness.
You’ve probably heard about the famous “delta” and “theta” brainwaves. In a normal brain, the “delta” (also called theta) brainwave is associated with a feeling of deep relaxation and peace, while the “theta” brainwave is associated with a feeling of alertness and excitement.
The delta and theta brainwaves are both associated with emotions and a lack of pain. A common misconception is that theta (theta) is associated with pleasure and the delta is associated with pain. The truth is that the two are closely related. A person with a high delta can feel the same deep relaxation and peace, while a person with a high theta will feel just as alert and excited as a person with a low theta.
